Youre claiming every problem in this house is our fault, but you obviously didnt check for problems with the house before we moved. the walls and floors were filthy, and there was a bunch of garbage in the backyard

You act like this house was a palace before you gave it to us, sure we broke a few things, but we fixed the things we broke along with a few things that came broken with the house including the basement door and dans room door. Also, we lived with a ceiling that has been cracked above our heads in the kitchen, a fridge that’s running off the use of an extension chord and two hall lights that havent worked all years. The electricity in the house has been shot all year and the bathroom came with mold in it. Oh, and not to mention, you told us our roommate bauer was aloud to use the attic as a room when it’s not actually supposed to be used as a room.

stop thinking this house wasn’t sinking into the ground before we moved in, this house is honestly in better condition now then it was when we moved in
